Our inaugural Detailing Conference welcomed over 80 attendees from across the UK and around the world, bringing together professional detailers who all shared the same passion for learning, growing and raising the standards of the industry.
Hosted in the heart of Sheffield, the event combined expert-led education, meaningful networking and an unforgettable social experience, giving attendees the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals, exchange ideas and build lasting relationships.
From inspiring presentations and hands-on conversations to incredible food, the evening gala dinner and a buzzing exhibitor showcase, every part of the day was designed to deliver far more than a typical event. For my first year in the detailing industry, the 2025 Detailing Conference at the Sheffield Crowne Plaza turned what felt daunting into one of the most welcoming experiences I’ve had.
Everything was organised perfectly... food, drink, seminars, evening activities... leaving me free to learn, meet incredible people like Diana, Matt, Craig and Luke, and build contacts I still speak to today.
A brilliant event with great people, well worth attending whether you’re just starting out or already established.

We've all been to conferences or training events where the food is an afterthought—bland, uninspiring and quickly forgotten.
We wanted our first UK Detailing Conference to be different.
Working closely with the venue, we served freshly prepared, flavour-packed meals that proved conference food doesn't have to be boring.
From the hot buffet lunch to the evening gala dinner, the food became another highlight of the day, giving attendees the perfect opportunity to relax, network and continue the conversations long after the presentations had finished.
